CHICAGO, IL, March 31, 2026 \u2014 Jasmine Summers was working as a B2B collections agent in 2023 when she started looking for help with her own $12,000+ of unsecured debt. She says one of her favorite parts of the job is taking calls with newer clients: \u201cI understand the stress of \u2018not knowing\u2019 \u2014 you know, it\u2019s a new experience. So actually having been on the other side of that, there\u2019s a calm I can bring to them to let them know that they\u2019re in good hands and that it\u2019s going to work out.\u201d She added, \u201cWhen I talk to a client, I\u2019m not just coming from a hypothetical place; I\u2019m sharing a proven path that I am walking myself,\u201d she said. \u201cKnowing how much this program is changing my life makes me that much more determined to help them change theirs. I\u2019ve found that whether someone is navigating $10,000 or $100,000 in debt, the weight of it feels the same \u2014 and I can tell them with total honesty that these tools work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summers also shared that through attending the financial wellness group sessions \u2014 as well as speaking with other clients as she supports them \u2014 she\u2019s discovered how common her own experience with crippling debt is. \u201cTalking to clients every day, just being able to relate \u2014  none of us are alone in this,\u201d she said. Summers added that she\u2019s learned, \u201cthere\u2019s no shame if you need some help \u2026 it’s a courageous thing: to ask for help.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
